I was a Perry Buick Customer and when they closed I received a letter from Southern welcoming me as a customer to receive free oil changes and state inspections for life. However each time you employ received a letter from Southern welcoming me as a customer to receive free oil changes and state inspections for life. However each time you employ new customer Reps in your service department they harass me and threaten that I am not eligible for these services since I did not buy my vehicle from Southern. I have been bringing my car to Southern since 2019 and getting my oil changed and inspections. Fortunately I have not experienced any problems with my 2015 Encore so I have not had the need for another services from you service department. I hope you will continue to honor the promise you extended to Perry Buick Customers More

Must be a very unhealthy location… I have been scheduled three times for an option part to be installed. So far every time multiple people have called in sick and they have had to reschedule. another appoi three times for an option part to be installed.
