I would rate this dealership 5 stars in service and fair to poor in sales. I have bought 3 Corollas(1985'1999, and 2024. Service on my 85 and 99 was excellent.My recent experience contains too many problems to discuss in this limited venue-perhaps its the age gap, but I was left with many unanswered and troubling questions, I dealt with two salesmen, one who has cared to call 3 times, and one who seemed happy to make the sale and move on. This Dealership overall was good. Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with m Sales, did a Excellent job..the Management in Sales did everything right. The service department Management are not good, I had several issues with my Car and called 3 times to speak to a manager about it and no one got on the phone or called back. The regular service employees are excellent...but the service department Management need training and someone needs to find out why, they don't want to speak with customers about issues, the Service Department is their to provide service...not to avoid customers issues...as of now, I still haven't spoken to anyone. More
