I found this truck online on CarGurus and it was exactly what I wanted. I reached out to the dealership and was answer promptly. However that was the first and last time the answer was prompt. Typically you what I wanted. I reached out to the dealership and was answer promptly. However that was the first and last time the answer was prompt. Typically you don’t have to go after a dealership, they usually make sure they don’t lose contact with you. But not this one, I had to pry information out of the salesman. And it became such a hassle, I called and requested a new one (which they did not give me). Then over a month later they say they lost my registration for my trade in which they needed to complete the title transfer. And that was not a typo…it was a month later. I wasn’t even going to write a review but they kept sending me emails to write one. So I figure I’ll leave an honest one. The good: they had the vehicle I wanted. The bad: everything about the sales process is horrible. Maybe you’ll have a better experience. More
