Just brought my new GR Corolla in for its first included Handy Care service. We drove right into the lovely climate-controlled garage, and were met by our service advisor, William Westen. William was very Handy Care service. We drove right into the lovely climate-controlled garage, and were met by our service advisor, William Westen. William was very friendly and helpful, and was careful to make certain my car received the correct servicing, as the GR series' service schedule is different than the majority of new Toyota vehicles. We only had to wait about an hour, and had coffee and wifi to entertain ourselves in a comfortable lounge area. Overall, an excellent experience! We've been nothing but pleased with Handy Toyota, from our purchasing experience with Kaleb and Mason to our first service with William. Highly recommend! More
