At the time of your purchase, we identified that the A/C was not functioning properly and replaced the condenser to ensure the vehicle was in proper working condition. Approximately 15 days later, when you reported a vibration concern, we promptly scheduled a service appointment. Our inspection found that while the tires were good, slight uneven wear was contributing to the issue. In an effort to do what we felt was right, we replaced all four tires at no cost to you. The combined cost of the A/C repair and tire replacement totaled $4,190. Your satisfaction remains a top priority. About seven months and 12,000 miles after your purchase, when another A/C issue arose, we covered the $616.71 repair completed at Northwest Jeep in Tigard. More recently, when you contacted us regarding another A/C concern—now approximately two years and 30,000 miles after your purchase—we agreed to cover the diagnostic fee to continue supporting you though Northwest Jeep did not fix as desired. While we understand how frustrating ongoing vehicle issues can be—especially given your responsibilities as a fire first responder and Search and Rescue volunteer—we do believe we have gone above and beyond what is typically expected with a used vehicle. Our goal has always been to do the right thing and support you where we reasonably can. For added peace of mind in situations like this, we do recommend extended warranty options on pre-owned vehicles.
