He and his team wrote me an IOU which the purchase of my vehicle was contingent on and he did not fulfill it. He sold me a lemon that his service team knew needed repairs and hid those service orders from me. When I spent countless hours trying to call him and get this addressed, he accused me of cursing at him (which I never did) and refused to help me. He told me he had no legal liability, even though he agreed to make those repairs in an IOU. Pierre of Hermiston is the least professional auto facility I have ever delt with. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Because of them I will never purchase a Jeep again. If the owner of Pierre Jeep reads this review, please contact me. Krystal Collins, I asked Juan for your contact or a supervisors and he refused to share it. I am a first responder in fire and I am a volunteer for Search and Rescue. The difficulties I have had with the lemon Pierre Jeep sold me have affected my work. More

Thier service departments service is absolutely garbage. Every time I try to call them they never have picked up the phone, whether Im transferred or I use an extension I have never got through. The one time I took me vehicle in for repair I would have to stand there for ridiculously long times before I was helped and they were not friendly at all like I was waisting their time. The repair was adequate but took much longer than they quoted. They have lost my business for life. I strongly recommend anyone but Pierre Ford when considering service to a vehicle and can't recommend their sales either. Incredibly unsatisfied with this dealership all thanks to their horrible service department. More
