I grew up in a small state of New Hampshire with a passion for sports and outdoor adventures. I was lucky enough to serve my city on the Fire Department for 5 years where I grew to love helping people. Which then lead me to Honda after moving to San Diego with my family. When my son and I walked up to the salesroom, we were approached by a sales representative who greeted us and contacted the peolpe we were there to meet. Whitin minutes, Bill Barrette came out, he shook approached by a sales representative who greeted us and contacted the peolpe we were there to meet. Whitin minutes, Bill Barrette came out, he shook my hand and gave me his immediate attention. At some point during our conversation, Bill stated without me asking, "We will honor the price we quoted you." After the test drive, we completed the paper work and purchased a new 2022 CRV EX-L Hybrid at a great price by todays market standards. During our search for a new car, I contacted upwards of 100 honda dealerships. I searched dealerships from California to Maine. After an exhausting 3 month search, I made it to Bill and his group (Will Douillette, and Glovanni Aguiniga).They were professional, and showed integrity. The care they exhibited, let me know I was at the right dealership. Throughout the entire 3 week process of negotiating the deal, Bill's team listened to ours needs, keep us informed, and they remained HONEST! They never stopped working hard to help us get the car we needed. They never pressured us to buy a car, or used the unscrupulous tactics I experienced with most other dealerships. As it related to my experience, Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Vista has earned, and deserves the highest possible rating I can give. More
