Terrible experience purchasing a used truck Get everything in writing before you buy. Negotiated a remote starter and to have the scuffs and scratches buffed out as part of the deal. Went to pick t everything in writing before you buy. Negotiated a remote starter and to have the scuffs and scratches buffed out as part of the deal. Went to pick the truck up nothing was done and the truck was dirty salesman said theyd scheduled it all to be done later and I go to leave and the sales man only hands me one key says they’ll get me one later. Hear nothing in weeks to follow then finally a text message from my salesman saying a 2nd key wasn’t part of the deal. Well it would of been if I knew there was only one key. They said they were only willing to do an aftermarket remote starter not a factory one when I repeatedly asked said I want a factory one as the truck is still under bumper to bumper warranty. More
