Wilder Hickman is the Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian and has over 17 years of automotive experience. Wilder grew up in Fredericksburg, VA, but his passion for cars prompted a move to Houston, TX to train as an automotive technician. Upon graduation, he was accepted into the Mercedes-Benz ELITE technician program and moved to Massachusetts for specialized training in MB vehicles and systems; he graduated as valedictorian. Wilder has leveraged his years of technical experience to bring top-tier customer service to our Service Department. Wilder’s interests are spending time with his wife and their animals. He enjoys board games and spending time outdoors.

The staff and service managers were incredibly helpful. They provided a loaner for the day. When I returned at the suggested time, the car was ready. Clean and shiny like new. Ragina is intentive to my concerns and detail oriented. She took the time to check which proceedures had been performed within the last few years at other dealer shops. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes at a dealership out-of-state and experienced unusually difficult-to-diagnose electrical issues that were recurring for approximately 6 weeks. MB of Midlothian worked diligently to diagnose my problem and to ensure the warranty covered the lengthy repair. Their communication was outstanding, and they made sure I was taken care of with excellence.
