Was left feeling like a one-off customer. Out of state, meant it was a chore of more to do for your team. Started with advertising one thing, but then adding other items not advertised. Had many different people contacting and responding without knowing who of if they actually worked for your company. I specifically asked about floor mats, since no pictures were shown, yet the factory ones were missing. The vehicle is what I wanted, just not close to where I live. Sorry it caused your people to do a little bit more work, but it did cause me to spend more than I planned as well. More
