Toyota needs to disclose the fact they switch you to another service advisor. I booked my appt with Manny a week ago and give me pricre $120 for alignment. It is when I arrived they told me my advisor i another service advisor. I booked my appt with Manny a week ago and give me pricre $120 for alignment. It is when I arrived they told me my advisor is in vactions, they booked me with somebody else and that person told me $144 for alignment while my advisor gave me the special price which was $120. Toyota, next time please call client to let them know their advisor is not available before switching them to people they dnt get used to do business because if I did not i have the txt as a proof, she would make me pay $144 More

I brought my vehicle in because of noise from front passenger tire. Well I found out that the noise was because the lugs was loose. When I had service about three weeks ago including rotation of tires, passenger tire. Well I found out that the noise was because the lugs was loose. Customer service was great but when I got my car back there was damage to the lower front bumper. The service advisor took ownership and had it replaced. Next the washer fluid is completely empty and n there was damage to the lower front bumper. The service advisor took ownership and had it replaced.
