When I purchased the Jeep there was an issue with the taxes they were not calculated correctly so I had to pay more out of pocket. Also, had some issues with a service light that came one after having th taxes they were not calculated correctly so I had to pay more out of pocket. Also, had some issues with a service light that came one after having the Jeep for 2 days. Spoke to them about it and nothing was resolved. Set up an appointment at my local Jeep dealership and had 8,000.00 worth of work needed. Luckily got extender warranty and it covered it. But had to come out of pocket for the deductible and a new battery that cost 1,200.00 out of pocket. Spoke to Wes and he said they would cover half which is greatly appreciated but I still don’t feel like I should have came out of pocket at all. The experience wasn’t the greatest but they made up some of the experience I had. More
