I was talked into financing for the $1,500 rebate that I found out after I signed the papers will go to the dealer, not me. Not a good buying experience. Found Sales Manager to be evasive and manipulative found out after I signed the papers will go to the dealer, not me. Not a good buying experience. Found Sales Manager to be evasive and manipulative at times. and only interested in getting my signature in a scribbled contract. The Finance Manager to not explain anything except the extended warranty programs and cost. I called the General Manager and requested a return call. No response to date. I will look for another dealership for my next purchase and likely for all my service needs. More

My last three vehicles have all been from Jenkins Hyundai, and there is no other place I would rather go regardless of of sales or incentives. They have always been helpful and professional over the years. One of the reasons I would definitely stay with them is their service department. It's always clean and comfortable, and their service professionals are the best I have ever dealt with. When you go in for service as with any dealer, you may not always what you want, but you can bet at Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala it's a truthful and honest answer you'll be given. I have been with my service representative George Franqui for several years now, and he treats you like you are part of his family.. You don't find that everyday. They have a customer for life..
