Having leased before with Jenkins dealership we knew we were in good hands. Damien and Nico worked with us and answered all our questions and needs. Haley was detailed and wonderful with us. Jose helped us with the setup computer service on our new Genesis. He too was accommodating. Salina worked tirelessly to find our vehicle and found it in another location. I traded a 23 Genesis GV70 for a 21 Genesis GV80. I had owned another 21 GV80, and I really liked it, however, I was encouraged to trade for the smaller vehicle. I didn't like the smaller size and I had owned another 21 GV80, and I really liked it, however, I was encouraged to trade for the smaller vehicle. I didn't like the smaller size and saw the ad in a paper while on vacation in Florida. I drove from the Villages to Ocala to see the certified 21 GV80. I traded my 23 and got money back. Damien was very courteous and helpful. I have never bought a used car before but felt very confident in the dealership. I do not know the two names listed above. More

I WENT INTO THE FIRM LOOKING FOR A $24K SANTA FE AND WAS PUT IN A $ ABUSE. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO GET SOME ANSEWERS, DAMEN PRITCHARD HUNG UP ON MYSELF. I WENT INTO THE FIRM LOOKING FOR A $24K SANTA FE AND WAS PUT IN A $38K VEHICLE. BROWBEAT INTO SIGNING MY MR AGEE, AFTER FIVE HOURS OF ATTEMPTING TO SELL US, WE FINALLY, MISTAKENLY GAVE IN. WE WENT IN AND TOLD PRITCHARD OUR PERAMATERS WERE 60 MONTH, $450 MONTH, AND WOULD CONTRIBUTE SOME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN.. FOR YOUR RECORDS, I AM 90YEARS OLD AND MY WIFE IS 84. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. More

Everyone was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every question I had. Damien was quick to answer questions a few days after delivery of vehicle. Damien was very customer orientated. I had my choices down to the Rave4 and the SantaFe but my wife had not seen the or ridden the in the Rav4 yet. Damien said they had a used one on the lot for comparison. He drove it up, she sat in it, turned down the test drive and we bought the SantaFe. Jenkins made it easy to buy a car. Sales manager was pretty awesome as well. The young man that showed us how to work all the options was incredibly good. More
