Terrible Experience with Finance. If i could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from a LIa dealership again after this last experience. Went in last night and test drove a used ci If i could give zero stars I would. Will never buy from a LIa dealership again after this last experience. Went in last night and test drove a used civic. Liked the car and went to talk numbers. I was surprised because it was going pretty well. I put $1,000 down after we came to agreement and went to take delivery today. I show up and the contract is written up with the rate .25% higher than we agreed. The finance person (Jennifer Foss?) came and explained that even though my credit score was good that the bank bumped me down and there was nothing she could do. Although she said she has seen this bank do this many times before, she didn’t know they would do it to me and it was not her fault. Basically talking out of both sides of her mouth. She never said anything that the bank might do this when we were making the deal or I would have secured my own financing. Honesty is everything and Lia was not honest from the start. Plenty of other Honda dealerships around so when i go to get a new CR-V in about 10 months I will not even consider buying from Lia. I will go to Keeler or Mohawk when that time comes and I would suggest others do the same. More

2108 Honda Accord Lease - Good Experience I had most of my interactions with the Brooke the Internet Sales Specialist. She got me the numbers just as I wanted to see them. The only negative I had most of my interactions with the Brooke the Internet Sales Specialist. She got me the numbers just as I wanted to see them. The only negative I would say was that she took time to get back to me whenever I texted or emailed her. I assumed she was busy. But that is how you loose a customer. Otherwise great! Special mention to Wayne, a very nice, quiet "not all over you like most of car salesmen! Wayne is the ideal sales person because he does not pressure you and he does not give you the impression that if you don't sign he would kill you as some do! So special mention to Wayne. On e more thing, they gave me a fair trade for my car compared to some other dealership that I won't mention where they offered me $4K less or 30% less of the car value! These things count. I always liked Lia Honda of Albany. I buy and service my cars there. I hope that they don't change their approach to customers. People come in as potential customers. Sometimes they don't really know exactly what they want. They may be open. help them get where they want to get without pressure them. They will end up as customers in the end. More
