Please do not ever buy a car from this dealership. They have deceptive business practices, are untruthful and do not stand by their product. I purchased a Toyota Sienna Van from Koons Arlington To They have deceptive business practices, are untruthful and do not stand by their product. I purchased a Toyota Sienna Van from Koons Arlington Toyota as an out of state customer living in Texas in 2021. the vehicle was listed as brand new and then shipped to me via commercial trucking within a few days. I now have an issue with my air conditioning unit in which my local dealership has identified that my entire roof has been replaced, and done so very poorly. I have never replaced the roof or been in an accident and there is no report of this repair on a Carfax report. I have escalated to Toyota Corporate who state the vehicle has not been repaired by them prior to delivery to the dealership. I have had multiple correspondence with Koons Arlington Toyota in which they continue to deny repair of this vehicle. Locally my dealership has had field specialist evaluate the vehicle and confirm in fact the roof has been replaced. Someone ordered the parts and replaced this roof and Koons Arlington Toyota is the common denominator. They do not stand by their product and have left me the consumer out to dry. I have spoken to their service manager Warren Jacobs and their general manager Walter Johnson. The latter who even made such an asinine suggestion that maybe my wife wrecked the vehicle and repaired it without telling me. There are plenty of other Toyota dealerships that are willing to provide quality service and treat their customers with respect, please look anywhere else. I have filed complaints with the Office of the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission for consumer fraud. More

My complaint is with the service department. I purchased the extended service contract after two years of Toyota Care ended on my Highlander. At each of the first two (of four) scheduled visits I was told t the extended service contract after two years of Toyota Care ended on my Highlander. At each of the first two (of four) scheduled visits I was told there were extra maintenance items important to address that were not covered under the extended service contract. I declined some, but it is sometimes difficult to know (on the spot) about the importance of a particular repair. It seems like they are using my scheduled visits to up sell me on doing additional work. I complained to the service manager and general manager about my perception and got back little in the way of understanding. The general manager stated the mechanics would sometimes "point things out that could be done above and beyond the owner's manual requirements and you can decide if you want to do any of the options". Trouble is, the extra maintenance items were not presented as "things that could be done above and beyond the owners manual requirements". Buyer beware... More

Excellent Service and Professional Staff So pleased with the service we were provided at Koons in Arlington. We contacted Koons after having a terrible experience with a different local deal So pleased with the service we were provided at Koons in Arlington. We contacted Koons after having a terrible experience with a different local dealership. This other dealership blamed us for tires that failed after only 12,000 miles. They acknowledged the problem only after we brought it to their attention even though they had been servicing the vehicle for 18 months. Walter Johnson, the general manager at Koons, and Robert Teasdale, the service manager, came to our rescue. They took the time to understand our issue and worked with us in every way to make sure we had high quality replacement tires at little cost to us. They were respectful, professional, and trustworthy. We will definitely bring our business to Koons again in the future. More
