Seemed like a very reliable agency,till I got my car home. After 200 miles the timing change started to rattle and caused mileage to drop.spoke to ur dealer ship about a remedy to have the problem repai home. Said I’m out of luck,due to the fact I bought as is,I think very small ,not to offer me some help. That part of the dealer has to show more heart. I’m 82 years old on a fixed income. Schedule an oil change on Saturday 3 hr wait time could have sent a text letting us know - got there and it took service about 20 minutes just to acknowledge us . Rescheduled for Sunday since we didn’t wan have sent a text letting us know - got there and it took service about 20 minutes just to acknowledge us . Rescheduled for Sunday since we didn’t want to wait - again it took service at least 15 minutes to acknowledge us again . Then said I didn’t have 5 free oil changes and tire rotation which was told to myself and my husband by the finance guy when we purchased the vehicle. All around the service was poor and really need to work on Customer Service - first time buying a car from this dealer and probably would not purchase another since your service sucks . I have a Nissan and their service is a million times better than this department . Very upset overall . Would rate a Zero if I could . Thank you More
