If you do not have the best of credit, avoid this place at all costs, they will try and nickel & dime you and get every dollar out of you as they can. The salesperson I had was amazing and great and worke at all costs, they will try and nickel & dime you and get every dollar out of you as they can. The salesperson I had was amazing and great and worked hard to find the car that was within the budget desired. The finance guy (Willie) made sure to get as much added on as possible (despite the extended warranty not being enough to cover our annual mileage), and the quote received for trade-in on kelly blue book that morning did not match the quote given in store, with no explanation as to why. I've also never heard of a dealership where you can drive the car out of lot/sign for a loan without yet knowing if you are officially approved or not. Also had to call 2 weeks later to find out if we were or not. Note: This is not 1 star because of how amazing the sales rep was. More
