We purchased a pre-owned bmw for our daughter as a surprise and the level he went to make sure she was surprised upon pick-up was amazing. She was literally in shock as she thought we were just looking and they had the car prepped in the delivery area with a big red bow. We got her whole reaction on video and she was in tears and speechless and he was smiling so big witnessing the whole thing and helping us pull off this moment. Very genuine salesman. Their financial department was equally as great, worked with another Michael to finance our purchase with our daughter putting down the down payment. Would recommend them over and over again and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.
