It took a little longer than I expected but not by much. When I scheduled my service, I got the impression that I would be in and out in less than an hour. It took about 1:20. What I did like, I had no idea that my Ford Pass or whatever its called would pay for it. I was basically getting a damaged tire replaced. I thought the Ford Pass rewards were only for basic maintenance, so I did not even ask about it. Well, when it came time to pay my bill they informed me my Ford Pass covered the cost of the tire and the labor. I was fully prepared to write a check so that a pleasant surprise. They could have easily charged me the real cost and I would have not known any better. So hats off to them for making sure that the Ford Pass points get used even when you are not expecting it. Final thoughts...I bought this car here and now I have had a repair here. Neither went absolutely perfect, ( that's what it takes for me to give 5 stars ) but my complaints are minor and in my many years, I have yet to see a perfect dealership. I've only have had two experiences with Westown Ford, but at this time, I'm a pretty happy camper and I love my new Ecosport. More
