Solid purchase experience at Lexus of Arlington! They literally brought the only model of the RX450H that I wanted off of the truck. If I could give them zero stars, I would. A horrible shopping experience. We were told a vehicle was at the dealership, so we traveled to it to have a look, and found out they didn’t have it. We went to test drive a vehicle and it did not start. They jumped it and it did not start again. The salesman is clearly new to the industry and wouldn’t offer us a competitive price unless we were prepared to ‘walk out the door’ with the vehicle. We came to buy a car and left with none even though they found the car we wanted. Noticed employees and customers without face masks and no social distancing. Signage specially states that face masks are found the car we wanted. Noticed employees and customers without face masks and no social distancing. Complained to 3 employees one of whom totally ignored my complaint and was with a customer neither of whom were wearing face coverings or social distancing. Sales person provided limited acknowledgment of the problem and more interested in the sale. Very disappointing experience and so no longer going to this dealership for car buying or servicing on our current Lexus. More
