first time lease I was happy with the friendliness of the staff at this dealership, but they were very obscure about the lease deal. I have never done a lease before a I was happy with the friendliness of the staff at this dealership, but they were very obscure about the lease deal. I have never done a lease before and it turns out the pricing came in very high. They offered $599 a month with $5000 down and 7500 miles per year. Their online offer was $3999 down with $499 per month and 10000 miles per year and a free first month payment. I only figured this out after I returned home and was browsing the lease deals online. I did go back and they agreed to go up to 10000 miles with no break on the money down or monthly payment. I can't believe they gave me a worse deal than advertised on their own website. I called another dealer in Schaumburg and they confirmed that this lease pricing was very high. As a person who is new to leasing, I felt I had been taken advantage of by this dealer. More

Bad experience I bought a lexus and wanted a particular color, they had to get it from another store but I was told, good news, I found the same one. Guess what, it didn't have heated steering wheel. in Chicago? Come on. The sales guy did his best to try to make it right but there isn't anyway to add it. I called the GM, never got a call back. Tried to talk to people, never got a call back. Had to escalate it to Lexus to get the service manager to call me. He was great but what can they really do. I had to fight to get some resolution but the entire process really pissed me off. More that the GM never called back. Shows me why this place probably isn't run very well because he SUCKS. More

They charged me more for my car than what I signed for. I planned on paying for my car in full when I purchased it. After agreeing on a price the finance officer told me that in order to receive the Milita I planned on paying for my car in full when I purchased it. After agreeing on a price the finance officer told me that in order to receive the Military discount (I am!) that I would have to finance the car BUT there was no extra charge to finance the car. After finally receiving the payment option 2 weeks later I was told that there WAS a finance charge and that they would hold my title until I paid the extra charge. More
