Bottom line is you guys tried to steal my deposit. You've had plenty of time to look into this as there is enough information in my message (unless Vlad pulled this on multiple people trying to buy a new NX350h) to figure out which customer I am. I get you are trying to mitigate the bad review, but here's an idea, don't try to steal people's money and you won't get a bad review. FYI, I am passing my contact info privately. I'll listen, but what happened, happened.

At this time email is the best way to contact us. We should have our second key. We were told before the purchase that two keys came with the car which means we paid for two keys. Also because the way we were treated after the sale. Our text and phone calls were not answered and my calls eventually were sent to a non-working extension 757. Makes us wonder how many others were sent to the same extension.
