I am named after my grandfather who immigrated from Italy. In my spare time, I like to ride bikes to the beach in the summer and snowboarding in winter. I love to see live music year round. I am a family man. I enjoy spending time with my wife, who has been my best friend since childhood. I also have two dogs that are members of my family. My philosophy in business is to simply treat customers right and ensure they are getting the right fit for their needs. The only way to to do this is to listen, be respectful, and to provide a positive environment with no pressure. Ernesto was fantastic along with Vito and Sheri and the whole dealership. They took care of me from start to finish and they were very fair and reasonable on pricing and on my trade-in. Nate listened to what I wanted and offered reasonable suggestions rather than pushing things I had already stated I was not interested in. He also knew the details of the vehicles and how to operate some of the unique features. I purchased a used (off lease) vehicle so I expected some minor scratches and wear. However, Norm Reeves Genesis was replacing an interior trim piece - before I test drove the vehicle - that was not all that bad to begin with. They also did an oil change and other fluid checks before putting the vehicle on the lot. What made me come to this dealership in the first place is the fact that they are part of the Costco auto purchase program and their web site will show the actual out-the-door price. Both are signs a dealership is up-front honest. More
