I was interested in a GV70 Electrified (Genesis has an interesting lease deal currently). This dealership is not the closest one to me, but I saw great Yelp reviews... After browsing the Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos's web site and submitting contact info, I was contacted by Ernesto. We agreed to meet today at 10am. I took some time off work, drove 25 miles one way and arrived at 9:57. This Genesis dealership is a small building next to the bigger Hyundai one, and they seem to share the service dept. I thought I would not judge the book by its cover, yet. However, Ernesto wasn't there and another sales representative told me he would be back in 15 mins and perhaps someone else could help me. I informed him I don't mind if somebody would. Then he left. I waited 20 mins, nobody showed up. So I drove back home. Genesis is an upstart and need to do better. I remember my experience buying an Infiniti in 2004, when Infiniti were in a similar position to where Genesis is now and they did step up at the time. Overall, disappointed with my wasted time and effort in this case. More
