A serious issue regarding the purchase of a 2022 Honda HR-V EX-L from Atamian Honda dealership. Within three days of signing the contract, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a major front- HR-V EX-L from Atamian Honda dealership. Within three days of signing the contract, I discovered that the vehicle had been involved in a major front-end accident, which led to significant mechanical problems, including a malfunctioning air conditioning system. Upon discovering these issues, I immediately contacted the sales Manager "Zizi" to request a rescission of the contract, as is my right under Massachusetts law within the allowable cancellation period. However, my request was denied without any valid justification.
