If you’ve been shopping for a Civic Si, you know how crazy the market is right now. Most are overpriced, have questionable histories, or come with outrageous dealer markups. I was thrilled to find a HondaTrue Certified Pre-Owned Si at Atamian Honda that was priced fairly. From my very first conversation with the internet sales team to speaking with the used car manager, everyone was friendly, professional, and transparent. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and I never felt pressured. The real standout, though, was my salesperson, Vickey. From the moment we met, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping me—not just selling me a car. She answered every single question I had (and I had a lot!) with patience and honesty. At no point did I get that stereotypical “slimy car salesman” feeling that so many people worry about. After my test drive with my family, we sat down to review the numbers. I was pleasantly surprised that there were no ridiculous add-ons, no overpriced wheel locks, no paint protection packages, no nitrogen-filled tires, and no surprise delivery fee just because I live in New Hampshire. The pricing was straightforward and honest. The Civic was already one of the best-priced examples within 500 miles, and the general manager still worked with me and knocked a few hundred dollars off the price. To make the experience even better, Honda was offering a $300 military rebate on Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Since I’m medically retired from the military, I knew I should qualify—but Honda Corporate’s requirements made the process far more complicated than it needed to be. Vickey didn’t just shrug it off. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone advocating for me, digging into the program, and making sure every possible avenue was explored so I could receive the rebate. That level of customer service is hard to find. Buying a car can be stressful, but Atamian Honda made the entire process straightforward, transparent, and enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a Honda—or any quality used vehicle—I can’t recommend Atamian Honda enough. If you have the opportunity, ask for Vickey. She was hands down the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She genuinely listened, never pressured me, communicated every step of the process, and treated my family and me with kindness and respect from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision and even fought on my behalf to help me qualify for Honda’s military rebate. If customer service still means something to you, Vickey is exactly the person you want helping you purchase your next vehicle. I would recommend her to my own friends and family without hesitation. They made a mistake on my registration application and when I called to ask what was happening, the manager, Mohammed, told me it was my problem to deal With the insurance. Turned out they were sending someone else’s application with my policy number. I had To point this out to them. Then they failed my inspection cause my plates weren’t reflective enough. I believe They were annoyed with my pushback on the registration but who knows. Found out at the DMV that i could Have jut ordered new plates, shown proof and got my sticker. Like I said, unhelpful.
