So many people working went out of their way to say hello and introduce themselves. They were so sweet to my kids which was important to me because buying a car can be stressful as is but when you have children with you it can be more stressful and all of the staff were great with the kids which helped my experience be positive and stress-free. I really enjoyed the positive environment and would highly recommend to friends, family, and co-workers to look for their next vehicle there. My sales woman was amazing. The customer service outside of her and the finance guy Ozzy, was awful. Once I had paid for and taken possession of the car, they were unhelpful, co The customer service outside of her and the finance guy Ozzy, was awful. Once I had paid for and taken possession of the car, they were unhelpful, condescending and rude. They made a mistake on my registration application and when I called to ask what was happening, the manager, Mohammed, told me it was my problem to deal With the insurance. Turned out they were sending someone else’s application with my policy number. I had To point this out to them. Then they failed my inspection cause my plates weren’t reflective enough. I believe They were annoyed with my pushback on the registration but who knows. Found out at the DMV that i could Have jut ordered new plates, shown proof and got my sticker. Like I said, unhelpful. More
