I Scheduled an appointment for diagnostic and repair as my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty my car wouldn’t start. I chose Campbell because there was a good chance the problem was caused by an issue covered under a recall/extended warranty Ford issued on my model. The appointment was scheduled for the June 11th, I got the vehicle back on July 15th. They never initiated communication with me to inform me of what was taking so long, even after I asked them to do so. Their communication and transparency was seriously lacking in my situation. I understand there are complications when working on vehicles and other potential delays. But when an appointment is scheduled that vehicle and customer should be the priority and if there is an unforeseen delay communication from the service department to the customer is a must and in my situation Campbell failed More

When I first dropped my vehicle off at the dealership was 2nd inline at 7:45 am was checked in by a tall guy don't remember his name told him my issue and showed him the Ford TSB pertaining to my vehicle 201 2nd inline at 7:45 am was checked in by a tall guy don't remember his name told him my issue and showed him the Ford TSB pertaining to my vehicle 2016 F-150. Thinking I would have my vehicle back early that day, but I didn't hear from anyone by noon, so I called was sent to service department went to voicemail I left a message. Still didn't hear from anyone so I called again in the afternoon talked to a lady, she said that she would go back and personally talk to them and have them return call with a status update, nothing. So, I called again at 4:30 pm knowing you were going to be closing soon finally someone from service department answered it was Vincent. He was very helpful after he took over, everything went well after that. More
