Our Salesman Vince was GREAT, understanding and as patient as he could be to not lose our business. We really liked that because, for us, "patient and car salesman" have never been used before. Vince really RESPECTED our time and our idea of a plan, even asking us what we wanted to do next in the process. The other dealership we tried working with at the same time, was PUSHING us to go into the dealership, trying not to really help us over the phone at all. Glad we stayed away from Sugar Land, because that would have been a HUGE "CLASSIC" MISTAKE! Mac Haik was extremely understanding with our 2 hour drive to get there. We had discussed just about everything before we got there and they had us driving off in a new Tahoe in right under an hour. Half that time was the time Vince took to answer our many questions while he walked us through and went over just about everything in the vehicle. We were extremely impressed and happy that they got to us quickly, they had the paperwork ready and MOST IMPORTANTLY, it was EXACTLY what we had discussed (never had that before). There were no hidden items or anything they failed to mention before we got there. Although Vince gave me every reason to believe him on how it would go smooth and quickly, to be honest, due to past experiences at other dealerships, I was still a little skeptical, BUT we were PLEASANTLY SURPRISED that it actually went just like they said it would go. With my past experiences, if I read this review prior to our purchase, again, I'd be skeptical, but I guess you all saved me so much time & HEADACHES, I wanted to take some extra time to write all this because, it is REALLY how we feel. The best way to describe how we feel about the overall experience and how HAPPY my wife is with the purchase...we not only plan to send EVERYONE we know that's car shopping to Mac Haik, but we feel more like we owe them AT LEAST one referral to say Thank You! We have NEVER been back or even wanted to make a purchase from previous dealership because of the bad experiences, but we'll be back next time Mac Haik! Appreciate you all! More
