You feel like your at a five star restaurant because you are treated first class. Everybody you deal with will treat you like the CEO. We told our salesman we were just looking and not buying. He presented the vehicle we were interested in, but didn’t really try to sell it. In all honesty, Lexus kinda sells itself. Then I asked how much? After a little (very little) back and forth, we agreed on a price. Now I had researched luxury vehicles for 6 months. I test drove a Cadillac 2 days earlier and over the 6 month period I had test drove numerous vehicles. I wanted the Lexus. I bought my Lexus from Northside Lexus. I am very happy with my vehicle and the price. After my research, I could not believe I got my vehicle for less than my target price. I am very satisfied and would do business with this dealership again. Nick M. I was referred to Nick Makrakis, which is a very sweet man but he treated me like his daughter, even though we are probably close to the same age. :) He told me what to think about & consider before making a decision with safety 1st. The biggest thing I noticed though was how the employees treated each other. They always spoke highly of one another & when you were passed from one department to the other, you felt like you were talking to the best! Not sure how Lexus finds or trains their teams but they are doing something very right! Also a big shout out to David Trice!
