This was impressive - no wait time for cars to be driven over from the other lot. Victor set all my radio stations and helped me with sinking my phone. First- Class Customer Service In Every Way Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Working with these guys was not a typical experienc Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Working with these guys was not a typical experience for me. I have worked at a dealership before and have shopped at multiple dealerships in the past. You typically get the "good-cop-bad-cop" routine from the salesperson and their manager. That was not the case for me. Victor Ramirez started the process of us looking at the car by sending me a PERSONALIZED video of him showcasing the vehicle. I have never had anyone do that for me before. It was so first-class and made me feel important, not just another number. I came in to test drive the vehicle and got ZERO pressure to make a decision that moment if I was going to buy the car or not. They let me go at my pace. The next time I went in to talk money, I got to meet Nick Poole, who's by far the nicest sales manager at a dealership I have EVER dealt with. I was not the easiest customer to deal with because I have been burned in the past, but Nick was patient and not pushy at all. When I went to get one final test drive in, John Griffin took care of us. He was helping to wrap things up and he helped close the deal. I had to come late because of work and he and Nick stayed at the dealership until 11:30 pm for me! I had to negotiate my trade with Nick a little bit, but we worked it out in the end, and if that's as bad as it gets, I'm cool with that. Overall, the service was awesome, and I don't ever want to have to deal with anyone else. First-Class Customer Service. More
