I just have to say Victor was one amazing salesman! I will highly recommend him to anyone I know. He has alot of qualities to offer in his career path that is hard to find. A experience I'll never forget. Whenever I want to buy another car again he will be my go to. The previous salesman who made us feel uncomfortable through his remarks and facial expressions, judging based off of our appearance that we were unable to afford a more expensive vehicle right away nearly ruined it. But thanks to the director and especially Victor they completely turned it around for us! I couldn't be more thankful. The director was so kind as well and handled the situation amazingly.
