Unorganized, will not respond to any attempts to contact after sale without continued attempts. Untrustworthy, incompetent, should not be representing Toyota or Lexus. The dealer itself was great, nice. I contacted dealer and received the email back right away. But when I tested drive, asking the salesman about the car, he didn’t tell me anything. After I purchased, I found out the imperfections of the car, not even knew the history of the car. After the purchase, I called my salesman requesting the info of the options that I paid for to send to me. Up until now I didn’t hear anything from him, I still don’t have the information, little disappointed. More
