Velko is Outstanding!!! I have never met Velko face to face because I bought my pre-owned BMW online. As you can imagine, buying a car online can be very scary. Velko took amazing care of me right from my first inquiry about the car to helping me with arranging the car transport. Although I had tons of questions via emails, text or phone, Velko was always very professional, patient, respectful and very responsive. I always felt that Velko had my back and wanted to make the process as stress free as possible by sending extra pictures and videos and getting back to me quickly.
