We had a great experience from the time we were contacted about a vehicle we saw on Cars.com to driving out of the lot in our beautiful Certified Preo We had a great experience from the time we were contacted about a vehicle we saw on Cars.com to driving out of the lot in our beautiful Certified Preowned Infinity QX50. Velko took great care to answer all of our questions, show us different vehicles with different options, not pushy at all, very friendly and we felt at ease the entire time. We were offered drinks and food multiple times during our time there. Just super friendly people throughout the building. The financing process was smooth and easy and the Finance Manager, Hosam Ghazal, was fabulous as well. Velko then spent tons of time walking us through all of the features of our car so we were comfortable with our new vehicle. Can’t say enough about this dealership. I must say there was no pressure as he made the process simple. It was all about what I wanted and what I was looking for. At the time of purchase I noticed the car did not have the extra plastic floor mats that my previous car had. Unfortunately, this part was not available for the car I had purchased. He kept to his word and said he would keep an eye out for what I was looking for. A month later I get a phone call asking if I could stop by because he had found the mats I had asked about. It just shows Velko does care about his customers and will go above and beyond. Thank you Velko for the great experience. More

My experience with him during the test drive was outstanding he was very knowledgeable concerning the tech on the Armada. We talked awhile no pressure to buy, He made the deal very enjoyable considering nobody really wants to deal with buying a new car. I came in the next day to bring some additional paperwork to close out the entire deal. Velko went out of his way to show me some more features of the car . He helped me set up my phones with the blue tooth and walked me through using the navigation system. He even put a new battery in the key fob. I would highly recommend this dealership and tell them to ask for Velko. More
