My husband and I had a very positive experience at Wilde East Towne Honda. Our sales consultant Velislav was a treat to work with. He is extremely polite and courteous and was very helpful in seeing that East Towne Honda. Our sales consultant Velislav was a treat to work with. He is extremely polite and courteous and was very helpful in seeing that our needs were met. He even came in on his day off for me to pick up my new CRV, and then stayed for the rest of the day to assist in my husband's purchase of a Ridgeline. I have never seen a car salesman go above and beyond like he did. We were also very impressed with Phil and his eagerness to make the numbers work and with Peter in how he managed to get us approved for two cars within 24 hours. I was also quite impressed with Michael's willingness to help me figure out how my bluetooth feature works. He could have directed me to the manual but he didn't. He took the time to explain and show me how it works. The facility is very customer friendly with the coffee bar, clean bathrooms, comfy lounge area with computers, tvs and toys for the kiddos, not to mention the stunning aquarium! Definitely the most positive car shopping experience I have ever had. I will gladly tell all of my friends, family and coworkers about Wilde East Towne Honda!! -Erica Anderson More
