Russel was great found me what I wanted. You want and insurance card from the person who signed the check not the person driving the vehicle, can you understand how totally stupid that sounds. I guess not. Just the fact that you are so consumed with a load of Mickey Mouse crap instead of the cash sale and the customer is enough to show how totally stupid your closing people are. I will never use this location specifically and 90% sure I will never buy a Toyota again due to our experience at this dealership. We came with our own financing which is when it all went down hill, they to I will never buy a Toyota again due to our experience at this dealership. We came with our own financing which is when it all went down hill, they told us to go through them it would be 17% with a pymt of 950$, our credit union got us 6.5% with a pymt of 625$. Then they said we could swipe our card for the full 6500$ down pymt it would need to be 2 swipes, then even though it isn't anywhere on the website or documented anywhere they were not allowed to give me the military discount since I wasn't financing through them. More
