Some outstanding sales people, some employees not so good. Process to actually pay for the car and be able to leave with it was ridiculous, repeat paperwork, long waits. I was there for 2 1/2 hours trying to hand over a check and get my car. It took so long there wasn’t time for sales guy to review important features with me. I can’t get some to work now. No one has followed up with me today, either. Not the worst dealership, but inconsistent quality made buying this car not much fun. More

I was not impressed by the service, I received, I felt rushed to pick up my custom made jeep and found the quality of care and concern was definitely lacking from presentation of my brand new vehicle on p rushed to pick up my custom made jeep and found the quality of care and concern was definitely lacking from presentation of my brand new vehicle on pick up, had to come back next day for my gas fill up because there was no one with a gas card for a fill up, left dealership on empty. Then had to come back the day after for my car to be washed again and detailed, only to find the wash was again not done properly and the items on the ARRIGO Protection Advantage Plan was only partially completed, had words with detailer, how after spending over $50,000 on a brand new vehicle, it should be cleaned and presented with exceptional service, not a half as wash job, I did apologize for my anger and frustration, I felt very bad for my sales guy Uneque Cromer he tried so hard to make it right , he was even disappointed and embarrassed in the quality of care that the detailing department made, Uneque went out of his way to make it right, before I left. Finally I was satisfied with the end result. More
