More issues have surfaced since my review, partly because of your computer issues. I still haven’t received an invoice for my service visit. Also, there was a warranty issue that I opened a case for with customer relations. (I brought the car in for a warning light in January of 2023 and it wasn’t fixed. When I brought it in last week I was told it was out of warranty.) My case can’t go forward until you respond to customer relations’ request. Hopefully that’s been done since I last checked. Also, in my recent visit for a recall, an oil change, the warning light and a sunroof issue, I was offered a 15k service. I agreed without checking, but I when dealing with the warranty issue I discovered I had paid for a 15k service during the January 2023 visit. That’s something I didn’t need. I’m hoping something will be done to make that right as well. Thanks for your response. Hope to hear from you soon. Kevin Powell
