Sales Consultant GREGG BAIN was so patient and helpful. My husband and I first met him on a Saturday at closing time but he was eager to help us and stay a little late. We had a pressure salesman in Knoxville, so his friendly patient manner was so super! I went back on Monday alone and because I had to make the decision on my own while my hubby worked, I was a bit stressed. AGAIN, Gregg was supportive and understanding and NO PRESSURE. YES, we bought a new Toyota Venza. The entire staff was helpful and understanding. I can hardly wait to take our first long trip. Thank you, Gregg Bain! Super guy.
