You always expect your going to have to play the game when getting a new vehicle, but after a 10 second conversation, you can't help but like the guy. He was straight forward, honest, and very knowledgeable on the current product line up. If you had a question he didn't know the answer to, he would say he didn't know and would promptly go find out for you. Throughout the entire sales process you never had to wonder what was going on or how long things were going to take as Chris was constantly checking in on you and keeping you updated on how things were progressing. When it came time for the "dreaded" financing office experience, even that was incredibly enjoyable. Mackenzie Ditomassi has a wonderful bubbly personality and is very proficient at her job. When usually your worried about getting out of the financing office intact, she did everything she could to save us money instead of trying to get an upsell. With this being my 6th vehicle I've purchased, and dealing with many different dealers over the years; I've never had an easier, timely, and more enjoyable experience. This is what everyone's car buying experience should be, fun. More
