Our previous service was a big one, well over $1,000. Today we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only did that go up $30 from our last oil change and rotation, but we were presented with Today we went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Not only did that go up $30 from our last oil change and rotation, but we were presented with a pretty hard sell for another group of services that totaled well over $2,000. Some of these were presented as "new" recommendations by Subaru. I'm not able to spend over $1,000 every 6 months or so for "recommended" services. I take good care of our vehicles, but I'm starting to feel some of these are just money grabs. That being said, out service advisor was very nice and when we said "no" to the extra things after his explanations, he did not push it. The facility is also comfortable. More

I also want to give a shout out to the young man who encouraged me to drive forward in spite of the fact that I thought I was going to hit the automatic door, and I believe understood why I changed my l encouraged me to drive forward in spite of the fact that I thought I was going to hit the automatic door, and I believe understood why I changed my license plate from arból to verb. He kind of made my day. .... One thought- it gets hot in that waiting room. Installing blinds might help. More

I had a check engine light come on. Needed anew thermostat. Did not have one. I dropped the car off on Thursday. I was given a free loner car. The car was finished late Tuesday. After I got home I looked under the hood. The antifreeze tank had no antifreeze in it. I had to bring it bring it back Thursday morning for them to top off that tank More
