Tyler Day was the Sales Consultant who provided me outstanding service. I told him what type of vehicle, along with the safety features, I needed for my teenage son. He checked his inventory and infor outstanding service. I told him what type of vehicle, along with the safety features, I needed for my teenage son. He checked his inventory and informed me there was nothing available at his dealership. He however located one arriving within a few weeks from Japan and I was able to reserve it. The day the Corolla Hybrid AWD arrived at the dealership, I immediately signed all the necessary papers with the Financial Director, Tonay Chowdhury (a fellow military veteran) who explained it all to me. The next day I drove it to my son's High School to pick him up. My son could not believe it. He was so overwhelmed with joy. Of course he started to show it off to his classmates. Anyway, he loves the vehicle, is driving it safely and taking good care of it. Thanks to Tyler and Tonay, I made that one day a special event that my son will remember forever.. More
