I had a terrible experience with the finance team, specifically Shane Lee. It felt like a total scam operation designed to push worthless warranties and unnecessary services. So at the end of the day Heritage Toyota is where you want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. He’s been great from start to finish to even a month later he really cares about his custom want to go get your new car. Make sure you see Tyler Day. I had some issues with the car following my initial purchase that was somewhat brushed off by one employee (don’t know name) while Tylers first response was how he going to make it right. We will be back for our next purchase. The finance guy Arnulfo could work on his communication better but he got us through the process quickly. Great experience overall! More
