We not only love Hondas, but we love getting them -- and maintaining them -- at Valley. In this case, my wife traded in her Pilot for an Odyssey. Now 11 years younger than the Pilot we traded in, the Odyssey has tons of safety features and economies as we deal with a new stage of grandparenting, and a new season of long road trips. Let me drill down...I can't say enough about Luis our salesman. Talk about great EQ. He listened to us well and was super attentive to addressing our desires and concerns. He is wise beyond his years and someday may be running this shop. Sales manager Jack has exceptional customer service skills -- we never once felt like we were being "sold" something or even being "taken" when it was time to figure out our trade-in value. Our Pilot had nearly 140K miles on it and, beyond the routine, we had virtually nothing got wrong with it. Same with our other cars -- our adult kids have 3 Valley Hondas between them. We buy them because they don't break, and they are super convenient with just the right amount of bells and whistles to get us safely and reliably from point A to point B. By the way, when we service these, my wife loves doing it herself because she enjoys hanging out in their friendly service waiting room. Great organizations have great leaders.
