The young lady Ms. Natalie Santiago was excellent in providing information/usage in the upfront driver/passenger compartment area for the Aviator. Though I missed identifying a couple administrative team members, they too were very informative in finalizing the documents (sale). The buying experience at Bozard Ford was quick, easy, and pressure-free. I can't say nothing but good things about Tyler Andersen. He made the deal happen and was never pushy. We were greeted before we walked in the door and Tyler Anderson was everything you want in a sales person. After a brief discussion, he knew what we were looking for and provided the product. He was not pushy and gave us space to discuss our options. I did not expect to drive our new Maverick home that day, but Tyler and Ricky Dotson made it happen without us feeling pressured! I no doubt, will be a returning customer for sales and service! More
