We had purchased a vehicle there before and had a great experience, but wanted to give both a chance. We ended up going back to Toyota of Santa Fe and working with Trini. He was very responsive, great to work with and had us in a vehicle in less than 4 hours from our first email conversation. We sav a couple thousand dollars in the process as well.
