Very helpful staff. The wait time is a bit excessive for just an oil change (1 1/2 hours) and that was with an appointment. My main gripe was that they obviously didn’t check the fluid levels because I forgot mention I was low on power steering fluid and when I checked it at home later that day, it was still low and hadn’t been touched.
