I will first say my experience with Royal Jaguar Land Rover was a complete WOW!!! This is one of the very few dealerships that actually does what they say they are going to do. In addition they ( Carso Rover was a complete WOW!!! This is one of the very few dealerships that actually does what they say they are going to do. She always greeted us with a genuine smile, answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made sure we were comfortable with every aspect of our vehicle purchase. For example, she explained the features of our Defender and the extended warranty in detail. Our purchase was a custom order, and Leslie and the team ensured we stayed in the loop through the entire build and transportation process. Leslie also presented me with a dozen red roses during vehicle delivery! This was such a nice surprise. All members of the Royal Land Rover Team, with whom we interacted, are also top notch. More
